Day 1 - Reiki I: Foundations & Self-Healing

Begin your Reiki journey by building a strong foundation in the Usui Reiki tradition. Day One focuses on understanding the origins and principles of Reiki, connecting with your own energy, and learning how to use Reiki as a tool for personal healing and spiritual growth. Through guided instruction, meditation, and hands-on practice, you’ll be introduced to the foundational practices of Reiki I and receive your Reiki I attunement.
